Borussia Dortmund’s director, Sebastian Kehl, has clarified that the club does not have a buy option for English attacker Jadon Sancho. Despite Sancho currently playing with the Bundesliga team, his parent club is Manchester United, where he is a key figure in the Premier League.
Kehl, in a statement to @RNBVB, acknowledged the uncertainty of Sancho’s future with Dortmund beyond the current season. He expressed an understanding of the player’s significant market value and hinted at a realistic approach to the situation, stating, “You can never rule anything out… but we know what kind of market value he can generate.”
Kehl further added, “I’m not naive – but we’ll let things come to us,” indicating that while Dortmund is aware of the potential financial implications, they are open to seeing how the situation with Sancho unfolds.
Jadon Sancho is an English professional footballer who plays as an attacker. His contributions on the field are well-noted, and his tenure at Manchester United has solidified his reputation within the football community.
