Barcelona’s president, Joan Laporta, has made it clear that the club’s manager, Xavi, will not be dismissed under any circumstances. In a recent conversation with RAC1, Laporta revealed that Xavi had offered to step down from his role and forgo the remaining year of his contract. However, Laporta insisted on Xavi staying until at least June 30, stating that this concession was made solely because of the individual in question.
Xavi, currently at the helm of Barcelona, will continue his managerial duties as per the president’s stance.
