Barcelona’s president, Joan Laporta, has announced a list of European football clubs that have agreed to participate in the proposed Super League. The clubs that have consented to join the controversial league include:
- Inter Milan
- AC Milan
- SSC Napoli
- AS Roma
- Olympique de Marseille
- SL Benfica
- FC Porto
- Sporting CP
- Ajax Amsterdam
- Feyenoord Rotterdam
- PSV Eindhoven
- RSC Anderlecht
- Club Brugge KV
Additionally, Laporta mentioned that all Spanish clubs, with the exception of Atlético Madrid, have agreed to the Super League plans. This development marks a significant step in the formation of the breakaway league, which has been met with widespread criticism from various football governing bodies, fans, and other stakeholders within the sport.
