Goalkeeper Ivo Grbić Signs for Sheffield United
Croatian goalkeeper Ivo Grbić has completed a move from Atlético Madrid to Sheffield United. The transfer was finalized for a fee of €2.5 million. Grbić, who previously played in La Liga, will now continue his career in England.
Horatiu Moldovan to Take Grbić’s Place at Atlético
To fill the vacancy left by Grbić’s departure, Atlético Madrid has secured the services of Romanian goalkeeper Horatiu Moldovan from Rapid Bucarest. Atlético triggered Moldovan’s release clause of €800k, and he is set to remain with the club until June 2028.
