Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp has confirmed that Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah will undergo his rehabilitation at the club. The decision was made in agreement with all relevant parties, recognizing the benefits of Salah remaining in Liverpool for his recovery process.
Klopp stated, “All parts agreed it makes sense that he does the rehab here, that’s what we are doing now.” He emphasized the importance of Salah’s fitness for the ongoing season and expressed the collective desire to have him back in top condition.
However, Klopp also noted the possibility of Salah’s return to international duty with Egypt if he regains fitness while the national team is still competing. “But if he’s fit earlier and if Egypt is still in the tournament, he will go back there,” Klopp added.
Mohamed Salah, who plays as an attacker for Liverpool in the Premier League, is a key player for both his club and the Egyptian national team. His rehabilitation at Liverpool is crucial for the team’s aspirations this season.
