Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has expressed uncertainty regarding the future of goalkeeper Éderson. Speaking via @_joebray, Guardiola stated, “I don’t know if Éderson will stay. He has to make a decision.”
Éderson, who has been with Manchester City since 2017, has reportedly accepted a move to the Saudi Pro League club Al Ittihad as of May. However, the transfer has yet to be finalised due to a lack of agreement on the transfer fee between the two clubs. Manchester City are demanding a fee in the range of €50 to €60 million for the Brazilian goalkeeper.
This development comes amidst a series of recent statements from Guardiola, including praise for Savinho’s versatility and skill, hints at potential squad changes, and confirmation of Kevin de Bruyne’s stay at the club.
