Borussia Dortmund’s director, Sebastian Kehl, has revealed the complexities involved in re-signing English attacker Jadon Sancho. Kehl admitted that the process was far from straightforward and required many days of negotiations.
“It was not easy to bring Sancho back, it took many days!” Kehl stated, emphasizing the effort that went into securing the return of the Manchester United player. He also expressed his observations on Sancho’s eagerness to return to the pitch, noting the player’s visible excitement and determination.
Kehl and the Dortmund coaching staff are committed to supporting Sancho in regaining his top form. “You can see the fire in his eyes. Jadon is really happy to be able to play football again. We’ll do everything we can to get him back to his highest level as quickly as possible,” Kehl added.
