Greek club Aris Thessaloniki have reached an agreement to sign Spanish midfielder Monchu from Real Valladolid for €3.6 million. The deal, which will make Monchu the most expensive signing in Aris’ history, is in its final stages with only minor details left to be finalised.
Monchu, who has previously played for Barcelona B and Girona, is set to bring his midfield prowess to the Greek Super League. The 24-year-old is known for his versatility and playmaking abilities, which have been key attributes throughout his career.
The transfer is expected to be completed soon, with both clubs and the player having already agreed on the terms.
