Crystal Palace is on the verge of securing Real Betis centre back Chadi Riad for a transfer fee of €12 million, with an additional €2 million in potential add-ons. The clubs are currently finalising the details of the deal. Riad has already agreed to join Crystal Palace, indicating a positive response to their proposal.
